Our training can be self-managed within an organization or managed through a vendor or managed service provider (MSP). 

Self-Managed

Onboarding Call - Our team of training experts will walk through the training platform with your team and answer any questions you may have. 

We will show you in detail how to:

  • Enable Two-Factor Sign-In (recommended)
  • Add Users to the Platform
  • Assign Admin Access (Primary Admin, Secondary Admin, Department Admin)
  • Set Up Departments and Change Departments
  • Enroll and Reenroll Users in Training Courses
  • Edit User Information
  • Reset Passwords
  • Activate/Deactivate User Accounts
  • View Transcripts
  • Run Reports (Course/Curricula Activity, Course/Curricula History)

Assigning Administrator Accounts - Administrator accounts will be created to access the training platform to assign training to employees, ensure employees are completing training as assigned, initiate password resets, and run summary and detailed reports.

User Guides - Our training platform is user-friendly and easy enough for anyone to manage. After the onboarding call, comprehensive and virtual step-by-step guides will be provided to administrators as an ongoing resource of reference material.

Ongoing Support - RedTeam Security is here to ensure your organization is 100% comfortable with the training platform and is available to answer your questions and jump on calls at any time. Our platform hosts an integrated support feature making it easy for admins and employees taking training to reach out to us for quick responses to platform inquiries, technical support, and other user or admin-related questions.

Adding Additional “Seats” - As employees come and go, user accounts can be deactivated, and new accounts activated to maximize your seat count. Additional seats can always be added to your account. We will work with you to establish a starting number of seats depending on your specific business needs. 

Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Vendor Managed

Onboarding Call - Our team of training experts will discuss your unique business goals and timelines for awareness training and answer any questions you may have.

Enroll Users in Training - Users will be assigned training based on previously discussed goals and timelines. Our training can be rolled out to users at once or on a rolling basis, depending on specific business or compliance needs. 

Comprehensive Reporting - Detailed and summary reports on user progress, and completion will be provided.

Ongoing Support - RedTeam Security’s training platform hosts an integrated support feature making it easy for all users taking training to reach out to us for quick responses to platform inquiries, technical support, and other user-related questions.
